Our current exhibition, The Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards, is one of the world’s most popular annual photography competitions, a fixture in every wildlife photographer’s calendar and a global news phenomenon. The yearly selection of photographs are now experienced by millions of people annually, always with the protection of wildlife at its heart- and we are lucky enough to have them on display here at The Arc!
Inspired by the exhibition, we are offering a range of after-school animal and conservation themed crafty workshops for all children to enjoy, meet new friends, learn something new and take home a creation of their very own.
🎨 Join us for a fun and educational event where you'll get crafty and learn about wild bird care! Craft your very own adorable pom pom robin using colorful yarn, googly eyes, cardboard and creativity! Perfect for ages 5+ and no crafting experience needed.
🐦 Learn About Wild Bird Care! Whilst we craft our wooly robin pom poms, we will discuss important tips on how to help our feathered friends thrive in the wild including how to create a bird-friendly garden.
☕️ Grown-ups are welcome to accompany and support their young person. Don't forget that after all that creativity, families can enjoy refreshments at our Arc café.
