Taking its lead from the gorgeous array of textiles in the Out of the Blue exhibition, this workshop incorporates a tour of the exhibition in our gallery with an hour where youngsters can turn inspiration into creation and make a macrame friendship bracelet.
Each child will learn the basic knots necessary to weave a macrame cord and then use our colourful and tactile workshop resources to personalise as they go, taking the bracelet home at the end of the session.
