Do you have a hectic life with little time to stand and stare? Learn a way to draw like no one's watching, for your own wellbeing. Inspired by the Flammarion engraving, an old engraving first published in a book of French astronomy, this method concentrates on making patterns and using a simple, woodcut style that does not require experience or artistry.

Working on repeated patterns helps us find a calm, meditative state and explore the world of pattern and picture. The method does not require a large daily commitment but can become a lovely focus after a busy day at work, or a gentle pastime to enhance a quiet day.

No previous experience needed and all materials supplied.
