Creative Explorers: Colour
Looking for something active, creative and a bit different this summer?
Creative Explorers is a holiday club-style session at The Arc, Winchester, where children spend the day moving, playing and making, with inspiration taken from artworks in our gallery. Each day combines a high-energy morning of games, movement and drama with a relaxed, creative afternoon in our studio spaces.
This Colour-themed day is all about bold ideas, confidence and expression. Children will start the day in the Performance Hall with group activities designed to get them moving and working together, before heading into the studio for an afternoon of hands-on making inspired by what they have seen in the gallery.
The session is designed to feel welcoming and flexible, whether children enjoy being active, creative or a bit of both. There is plenty of guidance and support throughout, with space to try new things and make it their own.
Expect a friendly atmosphere, lots of variety across the day, and the chance to come away having made something to be proud of.
Please bring a packed lunch and a drink for children attending the full day.
