A relaxing and creative printing and collaging workshop with Berkshire Printmakers.
Be inspired by collage artists Hannah Hoch, Eric Carle or even the surrealists!
Spend an artful day learning to silkscreen print colourful patterns and textures to use in your own collage prints. Berkshire Printmakers will take you through step by step how to silkscreen print using paper stencils. They will then demonstrate how these can be incorporated into your own collages.
As well as bringing a kaleidoscope of water based inks and 30 plain and patterned screens, they will have a selection of papers to print on and magazines to incorporate into your own work.
Feel free to also bring your own papers, quotations, inspiration and resource pictures to inspire your collage!
