arTTable 2026: Artists at The Arc
What do artists really get up to all day?
Join us for arTTable 2026, a unique opportunity to meet local artists, discover creative practices, and explore the ideas, materials and processes behind the work.

Across two days, artists from Winchester and the surrounding area will transform individual tables into personal creative spaces. Visitors are invited to browse sketchbooks, works in progress, finished pieces, research materials and demonstrations, while chatting directly with the artists behind them.
Unlike a traditional market or exhibition, arTTable focuses on the creative journey as much as the finished artwork. It's a chance to ask questions, learn about different artistic practices, and gain a behind-the-scenes insight into how ideas develop into finished pieces.
Whether you're an artist yourself, a regular gallery-goer, an occasional doodler, or simply curious about creativity, arTTable offers a welcoming and informal way to engage with the local arts community.

Alongside the artist tables, we're currently exploring a programme of creative activities and opportunities for visitors to get involved throughout the weekend. More details will be announced closer to the event.
Calling Local Artists
Artist applications for arTTable 2026 are now open.
Join us on 2 & 3 October 2026 and share your creative practice with visitors through a curated artist table. Artists are welcome to exhibit for one day or both.
Whether you'd like to showcase finished work, share sketchbooks and works in progress, demonstrate techniques, or simply talk about your practice, we'd love to hear from you.
Artist fee: £10 for one day | £15 for both days
