FIELDLILY

Seamless vocal harmonies, reverberating cadences and natural, unforced lyrics are what characterise fieldlily's work. 'Sunrise' is the sister's first single as a duo, and its gentle folk-rock melody is a continuation of the musical language developed in the earlier work of Emillie and Bethany Key, as part of the band, Wildwood Kin.

With unique instrumentation- a blend of their skillful acoustic ability and a rich electric palette- that has been likened to Bon Iver, the vocal quality and arrangements of Simon and Garfunkel, and Fleet Foxes; there is a wealth of wisdom and inspiration from the greats of alt-folk music to be found in fieldlily's debut offering.

The soft wildness of the South West sings out in the sister's work, and it is this sense of home, hope, family and spirituality that ultimately tethers this duo to each other, infusing with their music, and comforting all those who listen.

ATHENA APERTA

"Athena Aperta is a multi-disciplinary artist. Her intention is to help others feel less alone with their emotions and experiences in life by inviting them into her musical world. Alchemising pain into ethereal sounds, Aperta is the one to see for raw authentic truth through sound.

Over the past 5 years, she's been interviewed by the BBC about being a sober musician in London, recorded at Abbey Road studios, her poetry played on BBC Radio and on a BBC-funded podcast 'Anthems', played at London Pride and has been funded by Youth Music UK and so much more.

Athena Aperta has recently relocated to Winchester, enjoying the Hampshire countryside, the quick train to London and shorter drive to the beach. Whilst writing music, vocal coaching, studying a Counselling Diploma and being an active part in the recovery community, she hopes to use her life and music as an act of service to all. "
