Space have sold over five million records worldwide and they continue to write gritty, edgy pop songs that captivate the imagination of the listener.

To celebrate the forthcoming 25th anniversary re-release of their double platinum-selling albums, Spiders and Tin Planet, the band are heading out a huge UK tour – performing a full set with long-awaited live debuts of songs from both albums as well as all the hits.

No less than 10 of Space's singles have landed in the UK Top 40, including NeighbourhoodFemale of the SpeciesMe and You Vs. The WorldAvenging AngelsDark Clouds and Begin Again. The band's 1990s hit, Female of the Species, made the top of the UK Album Charts in 2015 as part of TFI Friday – The Album, having previously earned a Silver Award from the British Phonographic Industry following its 2009 re-release.

With more than 16 months out of live touring, Space used the time to write and record their seventh studio album, Music for Pleasure Music for Pain, which is due for release in November. Marking a true return to the songwriting approach of their early works, the album was self-produced in their Liverpool studio and mastered at Abbey Road Studios.

Space's last studio album, Give Me Your Future, was recorded and produced by Grammy and BRIT Award-winning producer Steve Levine, who has also worked with The Clash, Culture Club, The Beach Boys, Deniece Williams and Gary Moore to name a few.
