Ladybird Baby Classes: Baby massage and wellbeing (Autumn Term)

Come along to our relaxed weekly sessions at The Arc Winchester, created for you and your baby to enjoy some calm, connected time together. You’ll learn gentle baby massage and simple wellbeing activities, then you’re very welcome to stay for a coffee and a chat in the café afterwards.

Each session takes you through easy massage techniques and sensory play that support your baby’s development while helping you feel more in tune with their needs. Many parents find it really helpful for easing things like colic, restlessness, and unsettled sleep.

It is also a lovely chance to meet other parents. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, so you can take things at your own pace, ask questions, and just enjoy the time with your baby.
