On this tour, curator Dennis Nothdruft provides his unique view of the vivid and eye-catching Out of the Blue exhibition. He’ll draw out some of the key themes in a relaxed retrospective of Designers Guild over the past 50 years.
Dennis Nothdruft is Head of Exhibitions at Fashion and Textile Museum in London. He has curated numerous exhibitions including Liberty in Fashion, The World of Anna Sui, 1920s Jazz Age: Fashion and Photographs, Tommy Nutter – the Rebel on the Row, and Foale and Tuffin: Made in England amongst others. Recent publications include How to Draw Like a Fashion Designer and How to Draw Vintage Fashion with Thames and Hudson, and Zandra Rhodes – Fifty Years of Fabulous Fashion with Yale University Press.
