Start the day in a relaxing way, with Jules from Relax Kids!
A FREE event as part of the 2023 Children of Winchester Festival (COWfest). Suitable for ages 6 to 10 years.
What to expect in a Relax Kids session – music and movement, fun mindfulness games, stretches, self and peer massage, child friendly breathing techniques, positive self-talk and affirmations, story visualisations, LOTS OF FUN and tips to relax :-)
This session will last 45 minutes and will be held in the Arc Performance Hall.
Children are invited to wear a superhero cape if they have one! (However, this is not required.)
Parents/carers may stay or leave the session as they wish but are asked to remain in the building. There are refreshments available in the Café at The Arc.
