Relax Kids Winchester with Jules
This activity is part of The Arc’s COWfest 2026 programme, a free and inclusive festival for children and families in Winchester and beyond, celebrating creativity, play and community. The Arc acts as the festival hub, with additional activities taking place at community locations across the city on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 February.
Relax Kids classes with Jules begin with fun, high energy activities such as music and movement and active mindfulness games using parachutes and props, helping to get hearts beating and release energy and endorphins. Children are then gently guided to wind down through a range of calming techniques including yoga stretches, self massage, child friendly belly breathing, positive affirmations and relaxing story visualisations.
The sessions are split by age to ensure the activities are tailored appropriately. The 10am–10:45am session is designed for children aged 3–5, while the 11am–11:45am session is for children aged 6–10.
