An evening of delicious food and relaxed conversation with BBC MasterChef Winners and cookery authors Shelina Permalloo and Jane Devonshire.
Shelina and Jane will both provide a cooking demonstration followed by an in-conversation style talk with presenter Rebecca Fletcher, exploring the inspiration behind their distinctive cuisines. Shelina brings the flavours of Mauritius all the way to her Lakaz Maman restaurant in Southampton, meanwhile, Jane continues to broaden the possibilities of gluten-free deliciousness!
