Join us for a relaxing evening in Café at The Arc, showcasing acoustic music from multiple local up and coming artists.

Fast-rising star on the U.K. contemporary folk/ Americana scene, Emily Mae Winters has that rare quality in a singer that makes critics reach for the superlatives. Her latest album 'High Romance' is out now.

Anna Renae is a pop/folk singer-songwriter, weaving musical stories inspired by life's complexities. Her music has received glowing reviews and has attained radio play around the world, including multiple plays on BBC Introducing. Anna's songs have also gained acclaim in prestigious songwriting contests and were featured in the Autumn 2020 edition of the FATEA Showcase Sessions.

Having roots in Lancashire and Northumberland, Anna graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2017 with a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Popular Music. Her debut album Skin was released in March 2020, followed by her EP Speaking Her Mind in October 2021. Both feature songs written between the ages of 13-21, telling stories that encapsulate many aspects of Anna's teenage and early adult life.

Jim Chorley has been around the music scene for quite some time, popping up in venues and festivals and often stealing the show. Up until now he's always been somewhat below the radar, and those of us who have "discovered" him feel like we have this magical secret that nobody else knows about. It seems it is time to share him with the rest of the world however, as There's Nothing Like Your Love is just the start.

The new single is quintessential Jim Chorley, filled as it is with both heart and soul. Jim pours himself into his music with a passion that bleeds into every note. Each song is genuine, as if every single one has been lived, and not for nothing was his previous release called Honest and True.

Tickets: £7 in advance or £10 on the door.
